Feature: running

Every run, recorded properly.

Start a run from your phone or your wrist and get the route, the laps and the splits without setting anything up first. Treadmill miles log the same way, and the whole thing sits next to your lifting instead of in a separate app.

iPhone and Apple Watch · Android and Wear OS in beta

  • GPS route with laps and splits, auto-split by distance or by time.
  • Cadence and heart-rate context alongside pace, where your device reports it.
  • Warm-up, interval and cool-down segments coloured through the route and the lap list.
  • Apple Watch and Wear OS apps that start, lap, pause and finish from the wrist.
  • Treadmill runs log with the same lap structure as outdoor miles.

How it fits together

Splits without the setup

Splits without the setup

Auto-split by distance or by time and the laps appear as you run. No configuring a workout before you leave the house, and no discovering afterwards that it recorded one long undifferentiated block.

Your wrist runs the session

Start, lap, pause and finish from an Apple Watch or Wear OS app, with the phone catching up afterwards. Leave the phone in your pocket, or at home.

Winter miles still count

Treadmill sessions log with the same lap structure as outdoor runs, so a few months indoors doesn't leave a hole in your history or reset what the app thinks you can handle.

The running doesn't live alone

Your runs sit in the same history as your lifting, and difficulty is read separately per discipline, so a heavy squat week doesn't inflate what the app expects from your next long run.

Questions

Before you switch.

Do I need my phone to record a run?

No. The Apple Watch and Wear OS apps record the session from your wrist and the phone picks it up when you're back in range.

Can I import runs from Strava or Runkeeper?

Yes. Strava connects over its API so new activities sync on their own, Runkeeper archives upload in bulk, and individual .GPX, .TCX and .FIT files work one at a time.

Does it handle intervals?

Yes. Warm-up, interval and cool-down segments are coloured through both the route and the lap list, and you can hear the next interval called out without looking at a screen.

Will treadmill runs mess up my averages?

No. Indoor sessions are logged as indoor, with the same lap structure, so they count toward your training without being mistaken for GPS-measured outdoor pace.
