Wherever you train, train in tandem
Nobody quits because the plan was wrong.
They quit because it was Thursday, the gym was packed, and nobody noticed they didn't go. TandemFit is the part that notices. Your training partners, your gym, your group, all in the same week as you.
iPhone and Apple Watch · Android and Wear OS in beta · Import your history, export it whenever you want
Monday’s squats live in one app.
Saturday’s ten miles live in another.
Neither one knows the week you actually had.
TandemFit keeps the lifting, the running and what you ate in a single history, so what you’re looking at is the whole week instead of a third of it.

What’s actually at the gym you’re walking into?
Every other tracker treats a gym as a name on a receipt. TandemFit knows what’s on the floor: the machines, the racks, where the dumbbells top out.
Questions
The things people ask before switching.
What makes TandemFit different from a normal workout tracker?
Two things. It knows what equipment your gym actually has, so a busy rack or an unfamiliar gym stops being a reason to skip. And it puts the people you train with into your week, with a partner you pick and a 24-hour window to answer when they log a session.
Do I have to lift and run to get anything out of it?
No, plenty of people only do one. But if you do both, this is the part other apps make you solve with two subscriptions and a spreadsheet. Your squats and your long run land in the same week, in the same history.
What if my partner has a bad week?
The week still closes and you still get credit for what you did. You pick your partner for the following week by Saturday, so a quiet week costs you a week, not your streak. You can also train solo and keep every other part of the app.
How does the gym equipment data stay accurate?
Two ways. Gym owners can claim their gym and verify the list directly, which stamps it with a date. Everyone else answers one-tap questions between sets, so entries get re-confirmed by people standing in front of the equipment. Anything only one person has reported stays marked unconfirmed until others agree.
Can I bring my training history over?
Yes. Hevy exports import directly, Strava connects over its API so new activities sync on their own, and Runkeeper archives can be uploaded. Individual .GPX, .TCX and .FIT files work if you'd rather move one workout at a time, and you can export everything back out whenever you want.
Which platforms is TandemFit on?
iPhone and Apple Watch are live on the App Store. Android and Wear OS are in beta, and you can request an invite from the homepage.
Do I have to use the social side?
No. Tracking, gym data, guided sessions, health sync and imports all work on their own. The partner week is the reason most people stay, but it's opt-in.
